My Story

Who is Victoria?

Victoria is a strategic business coach for business owners and leaders. Her focus is to team with clients to achieve greater control and impact over their businesses and their executive roles. She is driven to see the business thrive while leveraging the resources at hand. She has an uncanny ability to get to the heart of sticky business issues quickly. “None of us is objective about ourselves or our businesses. We thrive with an outside thinking partner by our side helping us see challenges and opportunities through a different lens,” Victoria says. “My mission is to help my clients advance as leaders and as operators in a fast-paced, ever-changing business climate.”

Victoria has owned and ramped up her own businesses. She knows how tough and rewarding it is. As a former executive of companies of various sizes and complexities, she is keenly aware of the opportunities and pitfalls of leading with and through others. She certainly understands the highs and lows of business ownership and leadership.

Before founding OwnerCEOs in 2011, Victoria worked as a business strategist, where she helped mid-sized companies access capital via commercial banking. She later worked with family offices owned by founders who had sold their businesses yet remained engaged in business and the market place. She gained a keen appreciation for the unique challenges business owners and executives face.

It was through these experiences that she discovered her passion for people who create and lead businesses. Victoria was soon inspired to take on these challenges herself and started OwnerCEOs, where she helps businesses get in pace with critical targets and leverage their unique strengths to seize growth opportunities. Victoria thrives on coaching fellow business owners and leaders on knowing how and when to course correct, ultimately accelerating them towards success.

Philosophy
MY WHY

In the fall of 2008 when Lehman Brothers failed, I was a professional in the financial industry supporting owners as they grappled with a severe market crisis. It was a time where there was no good news. As a mother I could not stand by and do nothing. My children were growing up in this country and it was in crisis.

What could one person out of 7 billion achieve during such a crisis? As my team met with economists each week, it hit me that the small to mid-sized businesses hire most of our nation’s employees, not the large publicly-held companies. Owners have vast, rich networks. Help one owner and the ripple effect flows to many. Through their employees they drive the GDP, the engine in our economy. As a result, I buy from owners, I refer to them and I coach them.
